Vietnam, using their Manifest Destiny ideas to rule over the oppressive Netanyah people, blow up multiple Netanyah cities with thermonuclear bombs gifted from the GGC. They banish Netanyah to a remote set of planets near the GGC and begin their attack of Alatri. There wasn’t much success with the Alatri front before the end of the war, but Vietnam gained significant land compared to their old borders.
