old stuff whoa two projects in a day im so speedy anyways ive given it a lot of thought(not really) but ive decided to go on a short hiatus cAnT eScApE tHe aLlEgAtIoNs *insert sparkles jk BUT the recent happenings have gotten me to think that i lack a lot of creativity as an artist, im not where i wanna be so i gotta go back to building it up heavily using references is a way for me to gain confidence because those og artists already have the fundamentals down so looking at their art and their style makes mine pretty eye-pleasing too (as i'm pretty good at replicating stuff) obviously ive learned some tips and tricks to rendering along the way, so i don't believe it was all that wasteful lol. gotta learn from the best BUT every time i draw i still feel very conformed to only drawing stuff that already has refs, which actually lowers my artist morale LOL FUNDAMENTALS ARE GOLD KIDS yea so im taking a break gotta go back and lock in on the basics, plus im still on vacation can't be staring at a screen all day bro i gotta touch grass im getting yelled at ill come back once im more confident in my abilities
