August 2, 2031, Vancouver Aired by the Vancouver-Mainland Broadcasting Corporation (VMBC) People in transcript: - James Patterson, News Anchor for VMBC - Stella Hollberg, News Reporter for VMBC //TRANSCRIPT: [James] Good evening everyone, we just received some recent news that West Canada's President, Stanley Marlowe, has arranged some talks, as he calls upon the representatives from the West Canadian Workforce Association and the West Canadian Armed Forces RCMP divisions to meet in Vancouver. The goal is to discuss each group's plans to potentially resolve a fierce and damaging rivalry between such two groups. Marlowe also plans to address rumours of constitutional violations with the RCMP representative in front of the Civilian Board and the Federal Court. Right now, we have our reporter, Stella Hollberg at Waterfront Station Vancouver. Stella, do you have any information for this situation right now? [Stella] Hello James! In fact I do! Stanley Marlowe is currently at Waterfront Station to answer some questions from civilians before the meetings. A surprising move by him, but we can clearly see that he wants to connect with the community better. He is currently not taking any question from the press at this current moment, but we will be able to during the talks. We will update you guys once we get more information. Back to you James. [James] Thank you Stella! This is all the information we have at this current moment, and we will keep you updated. Stay tuned, VMBC News. Now, for the weather. Over to Collins.
Ok, so in short: We bring representatives from the workforce and the RCMP into a private conference room and discuss matters peacefully to hopefully solve problems. Later, we will sit in front of a court or the Civilian Board to address these claims of violating the Constitution. We just want to get more information.
