I'll be covering topics like: banner making, description making, advertising, and more. #➋ desc maker ˖°࿐ desc maker is short for description maker. if you get chosen you'll be making aesthetic, detailed descriptions. as long as you put everything that's needed. codeword: aero fruit #➌ banner maker ˖°࿐ banner maker is very important to me. banner making is really time-taking and can be hard to do for many people. I don't mind if your banners are very detailed or not very detailed, as long as your banners are appealing and good. I'll be giving 1 follower for every banner you make me. @jealous-ofmy-mansion / koko #➍ advertisers ˖°࿐ I'd ask for all staff (even non-advertisers) to advertise my projects. its fine if you dont, its optional. for advertising you will not need to fill out the form, there will be no payment for advertising. #➎ mixer ˖°࿐ this is also very time-consuming, I know its hard to mix when the singer is off-beat. please let them know if they're not on-beat, it'll be easier and sound much better if they are. this job has payment of 1 follower every project you make me. #➏ manager ˖°࿐ to me, this is the most important job. you need to be very active and respectful. i will have 3 managers just to be careful. if you become manager you'll have to remind members to finish their lines, help advertise, and more (which I'll put in more detail if you actually become manager) this is a payment job for 10 followers. (I will pay you every 2-3 months) #➐ notes + extra ˖°࿐ if you're auditioning for manager you won't need to be adding the projects part, just answer your experiences of being manager for other labels/entertainments. if you haven't been a manager at all just answer what you would do to help this label grow. I will also need pg/ follower givers you don't need to fill a form just tell me. form ♬ :: ♬ @.username ♬ name ♬ what experience do you have?
