Brunei has joined the East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere, and they hold some of the most valuable oil reserves in the world due to how quality they are. Therefore, we (Japan) seek to form a Trade Agreement with them to secure this oil for our nation. We will purchase oil from Brunei on a monthly basis for 12,000 Yen per barrel. (That number is about in the middle for how much one barrel would be worth in Yen)
