In light of the Great Depression, we need to provide more jobs funded by the government to the nation. The major ones are public works projects listed in my Yoshino Dam Project, however, the government is also funding more factories and other industries across the nation to not only benefit the nation now so we can produce more to export and bring more cash in, but also it will help long term in that we'll have more coming out of the Great Depression. For now the factories are owned purely by the government to make sure they stay open, later however, we may privatize a little bit.
Also, we form an organization similar to the WPA in America's new deal from the real Great Depression, basically it will be able to receive government funding to do its own forms of Great Depression Public works. Also, people will be forced into these jobs we're creating, everyone must work if Japan is to prosper
