Within the Russian Reclamation Government; there is several mercenary groups yet the main one is a remnant of the former Wagner Group; this group known as "Nova-Rossiya" was the former rulers of Vladivostok after their "Exodus" from Ukraine and Europe. they would take over the city; practically switching hands with Yeva Putina; and would become her Body-Guard and Elite forces. Now with the union between the now former USSR and the Russian Reclamation Government; Russia can soon be unified. Russian diplomats would begin sending ultimatums towards the remaining breakaway states all across russia; either join peacefully; or face either the Demonic German Hordes or the Motherly Russian Eagle; all territories who would accept this ultimatum would receive upgrades to infrastructure and pardons for breaking away, while their militaries would be absorbed and refitted; food and housing will be promised too.
//Results The ultimatum wasn't taken seriously by the majority of the Russian states. Only the countries closest to Vladivostok knew what their fate would be if they refused.
