A super random base where 1 doesn’t exist, it’s just HQ Q = quarter H = half My HQ‑Base‑1.5 System (Scratch Style) This is how my number system works. H = 0.5 Q = 0.25 0 = 0 Each spot in the number has a value. The rightmost spot is worth 1. The next spot is worth 1.5. Then 2.25. Then 3.375. Then 5.0625. Then 7.59375. (Each one is 1.5 times bigger than the last.) To read a number: Multiply each digit (H, Q, or 0) by the value of its spot. Add everything together. That’s the final number. Examples: HQH = 2 HQH0HH = 8 HQH00Q = 7 To make a number: Start with the biggest spot you need. Choose H or Q. Subtract that amount. Move to the next spot. Repeat until you reach 0. Fill empty spots with 0.
