I recently bought a water brush from a bookstore but haven't got a chance to try it simply cuz I'm lazy and don't draw much irl until today when the wifi connection suddenly lost access to the internet (it's still connected to the router, just no internet access for some reason). I was bored out of my brain so I decided to take my chance at using my water brush and drew this watercolor picture (I have tons of paintbrushes but I specifically wanted to try the water brush so I picked that over the others). However, while I painted this, I've faced some problems (though they could be because of the watercolor, my tablet or my bad skills) 1: the tree branches and birds, which are drawn with black ink, bled and mixed with the watercolor 2: similarly, the other colors on the image and brush mixed with the color I'm trying to draw, leading to some weird mixed colors 3: I definitely don't like the brush marks on the sky 4: the image turned more washed out when I took a picture of it with my tablet, I even tried to brighten the image with photo editing software but it didn't work out 5: using calendar paper is the worst choice imo, I definitely should have used watercolor paper instead but I used them up in my last school year. There's must be more mistakes somewhere but I can't find them. Can you find and critique them and plus gimme some tips n' tricks? Thanks :)
