4 YEARS OF SCRATCHIN To everyone who has been part of my Scratch journey, FOUR LONG YEARS. It’s honestly hard to believe that I’ve been a Scratcher for that long. What started as simply making games slowly became something that meant so much more to me. Every project I created, every idea I turned into something playable, and every person who supported my work became a small part of a journey I’ll never forget. I also want to say I’m sorry for being so quiet these past few months and for not releasing new games. I know some of you may have been waiting for another project, another update, or another game from me. I wish I could have kept creating at the same pace, but sometimes life takes us in different directions. And with that, I have something difficult to say. My Scratch journey is slowly coming to an end. I don’t know exactly when my final project will be, or if I’ll ever completely stop coming back. But I can feel myself reaching the end of this chapter. And honestly, it’s bittersweet. Scratch gave me a place to create, experiment, fail, improve, and share things that I was proud of. It gave me memories that I’ll carry with me long after I stop making games. Looking back at my old projects, I can see not only how much my games changed, but how much I changed too. To everyone who played my games, followed me, left comments, gave feedback, supported my projects, or simply stopped by my profile—**thank you.** You may not realize it, but every bit of support meant something to me. And to the people I met along the way: thank you for making these four years feel like more than just a website full of games. You made it a community, a place full of creativity, friendships, and memories. Even though I’ll be stepping away from Scratch, I won’t be completely gone. I’ll still occasionally check in, see what everyone is creating, and share a game once in a while whenever I have the time and inspiration. So this isn’t a permanent goodbye—it’s more like me taking a step back. I may be moving on from Scratch someday, but I don’t think I’ll ever forget where I started. Thank you, Scratch, for four unforgettable years. This isn't necessarily a goodbye to everything I've created. It’s just the closing of a chapter that I’ll always be grateful for. — Zaire —
