I made this project to demonstrate a way to get around the scratch clone limitation, and added an "amount" slider to change how fast the snow particles may appear. If a snow particle mysteriously disappear for 1 frame after passing through exactly (0,0), then blame it on a weird bug, which I compensated for by not drawing anything at exactly (0,0)
