I looked to see if there was any activity in my studio, and it said that someone by the name of "@Picklesbuckbeakdogs" had edited the title, thumbnail, or description. None of these were changed, but I had never seen this username before and they weren't even a curator in the studio.
By the way, it's all sorted out. look at this link: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1369779324 (thanks to @AnimePugLover) Please tell me if you found any clue as to who they are or how they edited the title, thumbnail, or description. Here's a link to the studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/51891835 And here's a link to their profile: https://scratch.mit.edu/users/Picklesbuckbeakdogs/
