(click for next) The Haarp Confederates are a paramilitary group of interest that arose quickly from the remnants of Ilyad's followers and supporters,after a few years most of the Commonwealth people begun realizing that the goverment was actually partial and mostly in favor of the big corporations (mostly the ones from the elites that founded the commonwealth).After this realization several of the people lost hope in the regime and joined the confederate,mostly ideologically.But of course there were many that joined their ranks,mostly out of spite to a goverment that failed them.The Confederate are mostly funded and hosted by several old world companies,such as: Aeb Shaalem,Idus Corps and Wilhelms metalurgy & crafting; The confederates posses technology similar or even superior to Prime Era Haarp Industries,having developed alloys and armors that were either highly experimental or classified during the last days of Haarp industries. The confederates rely on a military chain-like command line and ranking,with Ilyad,Dr. Maxwell and Julius as their top leaders (even though none of them form part or engaged with the group;They do know of the Confederations Existance and objectives though). The Commonwealth already knows about their existance and general location; Most of the proposed attacks end up being rejected due to the little control,support and influence the commonwealth has over the nation.This has lead to the Confederates mostly walking untouched.
