What are the game mechanics & how does it improve the gameplay? The polishing, how good are the particles & effects, are they integrated properly, and do they compliment the game itself? (3). [Gameplay] Is it generic? How original is the idea, and how much work went into it. Does it make sense? What is it's difficultly, as in too hard/easy?
