Alright, the military of Singapore is tiny, almost nothing compared to me. I should be able to easily crush them and seize the city. To do this, I will deploy a lot of ships from my fleet, head along the coast of China (peace with Taiwan), down to Indochina and then to Singapore from there to avoid any Australian ships around the Philippines. Then we will simply blockade the city, land several marine divisions on the coast and then take the city from their small defense force. This is needed as we need the Strait of Malacca for oil shipments from the Middle East.
