This is just what the parade outfit is for the soldiers of the UCS(United Commonwealth of Scrogonia) Some Background History for your reading pleasure. The United Commonwealth of Scrogonia was formed by three warring groups unifying due to a famine and sharing resources however this famine did have other affects on the traditions of Scrogonia an example being the practice of turning corpses of relatives into a type of fertilizer in the form of the old helping sustain the new this why the UCS is known for it's very fertile land because the tradition holds today and not everyone is a farmer but all end up fertilizer none the less sustaining the countries food production
The UCS will be researching more efficient torpeados better radar systems and attempting to improve it's anti-air weaponry(now I wait and eventually get it that is how it works right?) pls don't use without my permission and credit me please
