hey everyone!! i finally did this after a while of procrasinating and being gone for almost 2 months! i hope that the original voice actors will still be interested in voicing for my au! putting the first chapter here in the description! it's a rather short one..but it's still good!! :D the story is down below in the notes and credits!!
CHAPTER 1!! : It was just another typical day in Gardenview. The train had just arrived at the station! It was definitely going to be a busier day than usual, but all of the toons were looking forward to it! All of them..including Dandy. Dandy was just sitting at his shop, just quietly observing the child-like environment. The bright lights, the multiple rooms, the art work and paintings on the walls. He had seen them so many times before. That’s when the train doors opened, catching his attention. He let out a quiet sigh, before doing his signature smile! A few small children came out of the train, excitedly looking around at the place! Immediately, they started going to a few of the toons! As always, Dandy watched happily, waiting for one of the children to even notice him. Seconds passed, then minutes, then..hours. As time went by, Dandy’s smile slowly faded away. He watched as the children interacted with Finn, Flutter and even Shelly. He silently sat there at his shop, as always. Then, out of nowhere, Vee’s voice snapped him out of his overthinking. “Greetings, Flower Boy!” Vee spoke in her usual announcing voice. “Well, that’s a first! I guess that the “leader” FINALLY doesn’t get any attention for once.” How it was so annoying to hear her voice on such a peaceful morning. “Hi, Vee.” “Jeez..No need to get so mad by seeing a star like me!” “Should you be focusing on your game? Since you are a star after all.” “I’m always focusing on my task! Unlike you.” Vee then stared at Dandy with a smug look, as a few tense minutes passed by. Then, the silence was interrupted when a little girl ran to Vee. “MS. VEE!! I always wanted to be an amazing gameshow person like you! You’re so amazing and…” As the small child went on and on with her compliment. Vee looked at the small child before a smile flickered across her screen. “It’s lovely to have such a young fan! Someday, you’ll be as fabulous as me!” A wide smile spread across the little girl’s face before she continued to talk to Vee about wanting to compete in her gameshow one day. Meanwhile, Dandy was just sitting there, watching the wholesome interaction between Vee and the child. After a few minutes of Vee talking to the small child, the child eventually went away to talk to one of the other toons. Then, Vee glanced over at Dandy, before a cunning smile appeared on her screen before she walked away. Dandy was just sitting there at his shop in shock, before his expression darkened. How DARE she.
