So I'm about to rant about a phrase that one of my extremely close friends uses. ANd that friend is on scratch and will most likely see this, also I'm meeting up with them at noon, today. SO yeah. C's get degrees. WHO THE HELL TOLD YOU THAT. YEAH SURE YOU MIGHT GET YOUR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA BUT NO COLLEGES WILL EXEPT YOU WITH ALL C-'S. THE HIGHEST RANKING JOB YOU WILL GET IS A MANAGER AT MCDONALD'S. People trying to hire you have access to your grades, and if they see the highest grade you ever got is a B- they are going to say get the f out it's very clear that you have minimum work ethic. School work does matter in really life. I'm saying this because I genuinely care about you. Being fine with C-'s does not get you a good ROI and I'm so amazed that your mom doesn't give a crap. Also here is another thing. I work so freaking hard on my grades. Not because I like to, not because my parents care, it's because of my future. I want to be successful and I won't ever give up. And every time I hear that stupid phrase out of any ones mouth I want to shrivel up on the floor and die. It diminishes the amount of work that I put into school, it puts me down.
