All other submissions will not be counted. 2: You do NOT have to be a follower to compete, but if you are even better. (You should follow me though!) 3: There are THREE types of submissions; a DMC, animation, or game. Whatever you want! 4: You may only submit ONE submission per account. 5: You may have a collaboration with other Scratchers, (a maximum of three) but give credit.
