full title: [A SPACE ODDITY - THE RISE OF THE STARS] [PU:RE] In the 2020s-2030s moon-landings by NASA were conducted; slowly but surely habitats were constructed by SpaceX for NASA, and would be home to roughly around 1,500 NASA Lunanauts. while there they would formulate research, conduct daily exercise, water plants, recycle water; and explore the moon aswell as extract any resources for examination. Life was easy.... Up until the shipments stopped coming. After the collapse of the USA and subsequent defunding and foreclosure of NASA in the 2060s; Lunanauts had to make due for themselves. with little to no funding; and having the world practically forgot about them. they came to the realization that they were stranded. they were, belonging to the former USA; yet that no longer exists as an entity. thus they would decide to formulate their own nation, and to branch out to the newly established Chinese colonies for help and aid. They would formulate a "Lunaist" constitution and would no longer bear the American flag; only the flag of Luna. Yet they wouldn't want to discard their heritage nor their history. And thus, Luna was officially on its on (despite the steady Chinese aid coming in; though they weren't much compatible); they would have to look out for one another, to create bonds with each other, and to continue their blood lines. Life has just gone to the Moon, and its now stuck there.
