With a shared ethnic majority, and existing deep, historical ties, The Republic of Serbia hereby extends an official offer to the Republic of Srpska for full unification with Serbia. As Srpska’s primary financial investor, Belgrade will ensure the integration will bring immediate economic benefits including direct state funding and the elimination of trade tariffs. The unification will allow Serbia to directly oversee development of the region, rather than leaving it stagnant to a politically unstable Bosnia. With the collapse of NATO, EU, and the UN, the Dayton Accords no longer bind the region to Bosnia to clear the path for historic reclamation of Serbian sovereignty. Signed, The Republic of Serbia
