he is a nuclear irradiated hedgehog that has similar fur to sonic but less saturated lighter, and also one day he was taken by a scientist lab and now was undergoing testing and even had a parasite forced inside him, which ishow the tentacles are there, and also how he was irradiated is because someone accidentally exposed a huge dose of nuclear and radiation, which is how he has the half blue half green.he developed a pigment in his eyes making them black and making his pupils red and diamond shaped which is why his eyes are black.he has telepathy, speed, rotary atomic space beams that irradiate anything even nesr it and kills it,and also he can launch his tentacles at Mach 900 and he can destroy universes and can create galaxies using the black arms parasite thst mutated heavily with the radiation.he was originally a bigger threat than even neo metal sonic taking down sonic team left and right and almost destroying metal sonic but no one knows where he is now.but in someone’s house two people reported seeing him.firsy one reported seeing him standing at the foot of their bed and when they blinked he was gone, second they saw tentacles in their hallway.and there was a third but less known report where the said person had to fend him off for the whole night before he ran away.his is very very lethal,do not interact.
btw here are some other things about him: he is dead and alive. his soul is already passed on but the parasite keeps him alive.basically he’s in a infinite state of living whilst in his time of dying which is infinite if the parasite doesn’t exit.
