CONTEXT: In 2019, the SCP Foundation, launched project PNEUMA, which studied and mapped the human mind. Through this project, they discovered IT, an entity that feed on the human suffering and ensures eternal suffering in the afterlife. The Foundation realizes that the only way to defeat IT is simply to terminate the host-the person. After which the SCP Foundation declares war on humanity and exterminate every human being on the planet to starve IT. They accomplished their global omnicidal compaign largely thanks to their release of Keter and Euclid anomalies. However, IT was controlling a researcher by the name of Pietro Wilson, an ordinary-level site-19 personel. He managed to escape his execution by wearing scp 5000 (the Absolute Exclusion Harness), which provided invisibility to others, life support, and survival. Pietro dragged scp 055 to site 62 during the chaos, which unfolded in the span of roughly one year. During his long journey, he wrote into scp 5000's data storer. When he finally arrived at site 62, the suit was mostly damaged and its protection no longer worked. Pietro took one last glance at the ruined world and threw scp 055 in scp 579's containment chamber. The contact with these two perfect anomalies created a paradox, resulting in a reset and altered the timeline so the Foundation would never discover IT, and therefore they would not exterminate humanity. Reality was sent back in time to a random point before the Foundation became rogue. Life goes on as per usual. Scp 5000 was then discovered back at site 62 no longer functioning with Pietro's corpse inside. The only evidence the alternative timeline ever happened was the still-functioning data storage in the suit. In the end, IT remains undiscovered, and the eternal suffering of Hell will resume after death. IT wins
