Welcome to Run's Battle Engine! A cool thing I made for fun, mainly inspired by Deltarune and Earthbound. CONTROLS: Press B for Epileptic Mode (protects your eyes from moving background) Press the A key to select an option. Use the arrow keys to browse through the options. STRATEGY GUIDE: There are 4 options, fight, item, magic, and defend. And there are three party members, Square, Run, and Dilldog. Each of these members specialize in certain strategies to help aid in your victory. When a party member's HP reaches 0, they get knocked out, and are unable to do anything until you heal them back to above 0, when all party members are knocked out, you lose. Make sure not to let your party members fall like flies, they're useful. FIGHT: Self-explanatory, attacks the enemy. ITEM: Heals the party but watch out! You only have three of these, so use them wisely. MAGIC: Uses the party member's magic, you need a certain amount of RUN POINTS to be able to use these. The type of magic depends on the party member using it. DEFEND: Defends, making the party member take less damage and gets you more Run Points. SQUARE: The best physical attacker, and a force to be reckoned with. Does have a spell, but it costs way too much Run Points to be able to use normally. I'd recommend primarily using him for regular attacks. RUN: The tank, and the best at offense magic, his spell, RUNSTORM, deals a high amount of damage. Best at defending and using spells. DILLDOG: The healer, and the best at support magic. His spell, Canine Affection, heals the entire party, and is more effective than items. Useful if you run out of items.
