=== READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY === Use the left, right, and up, arrows to move (you can also wall jump) (space key for a simple throwing animation) This is a contest!!! --- goal --- The goal of this contest is to create a scavenger (from rain world) by remixing, and once my patience explodes, the 5 people with the most points WIN and get their scavenger variants added to ANY AND ALL projects I make that have a scavenger in it!!! --- rules --- 1) In order to enter you just need to remix this project!!! 2) NO stealing art for your own use, doing so will give you -100 points!!! 3) NO making fun of other people's art!!! 4) You MUST follow Scratch guidelines in your art!!! 5) Favoriting your own remix to gain points will give you -10 points and will make all other favorites not count for points. --- gaining points --- this is how I will be scoring your Scavengers!!! 1) realism: you can earn up to 10 points depending on how like the game your scavenger looks like; not too bad graphics, but also not too realistic. 2) code improvement: by looking into the "draw" custom block in the sprite, and scrolling down, you can find a comment telling you how to add further customization to your scavenger. those patterns can add up to 20 points, but remember not to make it too elaborate for realism still applies to patterns. 3) lore: adding a name, personality description, or backstory in the notes and credits can earn you up to 10 points. 4) favorites: favorites on your remix earn you up to 5 points. (1 per favorite, with a maximum of 5) 5) audio: adding audio to the scavenger (like better jump sound) can earn you up to 10 points. (you are able to take audio you did not make for this) --- remixing --- in order to add your customization all you need is to go into the costume editor of the "scavenger render" sprite and change the art!!! to change the neck's color look into the "draw neck" custom block, and in that change a pen "set pen color" block.
