I know too much about Roblox Animal Hospital (mainly cause I binge yt shorts and I stalk the wiki) so here are some facts and tips that I decided to write down. Oh, and it's completely unorganised, so sort it out yourself, I can't be bothered. 1. You can clean slime with cough syrup if a fire extinguisher isn't available. 2. The bed monster can be dealt with by grabbing maple syrup, an organ, or a transplant and walking into the red hitbox. 3. Hollow eyed patients, twitching patients with no other anomalous features and static photo anomalies will guarantee a death ritual. 4. If you buy a gun at the start of Shift 1 and shoot every patient (using the speedrunning method, and without the Secret Agent class upgraded to Tier 3), it will last you 5 shifts. After that, it will last you 2 shifts (and a part of the next shift). Uhh... either that or my calculations are really wrong. 5. If you kill Ron before you move boxes to Dr. Harlow's office, he will still appear in that scene (might be a bug). 6. The tiny anomaly will always be a pink bunny with three eyes, have a static photo and an unnatural body on the cameras. --- Oh no the number --- 7. The tiny anomaly will always transform into a Mimic after being checked in. If you cure it during the ambulance, it will transform normally after healing. 8. You can speedrun rounds by checking in patients, waiting for the number of patients on the screen to go down, shooting the patient and throwing the body in the trash. 9. You can use IV drops, eyedrops or coffee to extinguish candles in a death ritual without using sanity. 10. The Headbanger can be given coffee to go away. If you ask it to leave without coffee, it will jumpscare you and take 20 sanity. 11. The headbanger can hold flowers for some reason? (pretty sure this is a glitch cause of the new visitors added recently) 12. Visitor name tags are green and patient name tags are blue. 13. Patients who faint can be thrown in the bin without counting as a death. Because no one will know. 14. There are 6525 possible name combinations. Yes, I calculated. Also yes, I don't trust myself on that. 15. If you spray a patient on fire, you can skip treating the burns with ointment. 16. The font on the name tags is Indie Flower. 17. Anomalies will not faint if their room is on fire. 18. The bed monster and hiders will only spawn in the rooms of anomalies. * (see below) 19. If a patient is hunched over, it's an anomaly. 20. You can get rid of hiders by baiting it into the bed monster. If a bed monster hasn't spawned, jump on top of the medicine cupboards. (wait is that what they're called?) 21. The camera monster only appears on broken cameras. 22. The coffee machine has a 3 minute cooldown. 23. If the tendril spawns on a bed before you perform surgery, do NOT shoot or tase it because you will kill the patient. Instead, you have 45 seconds to complete surgery. Stand on the bed because you can reach every item there. Remember: scissors, transplant, scissors, transplant, and 3 random treatments. 24. If a patient that summons a death ritual is sent to rooms 7 or 6, they won't start a death ritual and will heal normally. 25. You can get past the ambulance by shooting (remember not to double shoot if you're with a team) and disposing of the bodies. * (see below) 26. Dr. Harlow is a coward. 27. You can deal with ghosts by first using the security cameras to reveal where it's at, then spraying it with the fire extinguisher so it becomes visible, them creeping behind it and shooting or tasing it. You can also scan it from the front, and it won't waste the scanner. 28. If you know an anomaly will start a death ritual, wait inside their room because the door takes longer to open during a death ritual. 29. You can deal with the eyemass by using eyedrops on it. Not recommended though, because you will lose a lot of sanity because you are looking at it. Just don't look up and you'll be fine. 30. If you see the stalker, look away IMMEDIATELY. If you're slow like me, then say goodbye to 10 sanity. 31. There are 6 different types of cursed photos. 32. Don't immediately look at the photo. Wait for it to finish processing, and look at it from the desk to avoid losing sanity. 33. If you run into a Mimic and don't have a weapon, run away and try to lure it to a patient (otherwise, you or your teammate will lose sanity) and deal with it from there. 34. Don't randomly leave the game without telling anyone, especially if you're playing as a duo. If you die... sucks. 35. There is a glitch when two patients get sent to the same room. 36. If you encounter an anomaly which looks in your directions at all times, you can jump above it and see its face turn into a monstrosity. 37. There is a clown anomaly located outside of the map. 38. If you fill your entire inventory with Run Fast Cola and drink all of them immediately, you can glitch out of the map by jumping on the medicine cabinets and flying to space.

You can ask Dr. Harlow questions about the things in his office by bringing him the key to Ratthew's safe. 40. Dr. Harlow's name is Everett L. Harlow 41. Ron from Accounting's last name is 'from Accounting'. 42. You can look at the stalker through the check-in window. 43. The previous intern was a monkey named Oingit, who was grabbed by the Bed Monster. 44. The Secret Agent and Head Nurse classes can only be purchased with Robux 45. Dr. Harlow is a Muntjac Deer. 46. The first patient of Shift 1 will always need herbs. The second will always need eyedrops. 47. You can shoot patients in the waiting area to fill the rooms, because they aren't counted as patients. You can use this to speedrun. 48. If you grab an item and go on the cameras, you can move around, invisible. 49. The stalker is Ratthew's sister, Rattina. 50. Take two sips of your coffee before giving it to Barney or the headbanger. 51. You can take 2 samples per patient with the sampler. 4 with Mimics. 52. You can add maple syrup to the experiment thingy idk what its called to make it explode 53. The clown is called Squiggles and it can be released by jumping on the vent in the lab to see its prison 54. You can use the potions on NPCs including Dr. Harlow and Barney 55. The recipe A-A-A on a patient DNA sample will make a potion that turns the patient / anomaly into a mini one. 56. The recipe G-T-G on an anomaly DNA sample will turn you permanently into a ghost. 57. The sampler can hold up to 4 DNA samples. Thats it im tired - bye EDITS: 18. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR ABMMBULANCE EVENTS. 25. I think they patched this because patients randomly die if you shoot them... time for a new tactic: Get to the critical patients first (will say on side of screen), scan and treat them (or shoot them if its an anomaly or if you feel like it). Then get to the others. Take their DNA then shoot and dispose. If you dont have a gun, treat them one by one, staying in the room with some sort of defence like a taser and eyedrops (in case of a death ritual). Make sure to scan the room for hiders.
