This is a Toshiba Windows 7 Labtop. It’s the oldest computer I have that still works. (I had another one that was a full on PC but the floppy drive AND CD drive refused to open, let Alone even work.) However, I recently discovered that if you go onto the web, and change your browser to Yahoo!, you’ll have complete internet access without any sort of modding, which means less work for, really anyone. If you need to know for my C418 fans, Ezo and Mubbly Tower work perfectly on Windows 7. (I also had error422 installed, but it does take FOREVER to load. If you install RetroArch, or any emulator for that matter, it will crash, and it will take FOREVER to reboot. Your best bet would be to press the power button, or unplug it, since this cannot work without the cable. It would just power off because it has no battery.) PC CD ROMs off of the internet will NOT WORK, due to it needing the physical release to save the data. Tamagotchi PC CD rom and Toon Twister 3D were the ones I tested that i didnt own physically. However, Solitaire 1000 Unique Games works perfectly. (Note: burnt CDs will not register as the physical release, so it will still say “please insert the [your cd rom you want to play] disc.”)
