"By all my power, this city shall not fall, and not a soul within it will be harmed." No part of the city can be harmed as long as the Stone Lady stands. If anything would be harmed or destroyed (object or entity) while within the bounds of the city, the offending entity is isolated and the Lady springs to life, imbued with Anti-Entropy and Strife. The entire city will be put into protective stasis, ensuring no collateral damage while the Lady deals with whatever was excluded. The Lady possesses perfect control over shields and swords. Impossibly fast, she will quickly adapt and figure out how to dispatch any threat. The Lady is honorable and just, and can be reasoned with. If she judges you as not of malicious deed or evil heart, she will not slay you, and go back to rest. When not under threat, the Stone Lady becomes inert, and her body parts float back to 5 different pedestals scattered in parks across the city. If the Lady is defeated, she crumbles to rubble the spell is broken. She can possibly be revived if each bit of stone is put back into its proper place. Would probably not be guarding an evil city.
