I found this from a random Thomas fan website, it was listed under the file as "EscapeOriginalPitch.mp3", this was from a ultra rare 2007 audiobook, which sadly doesn’t have any footage, the only screenshots I found were from a cancelled retelling for season 10 called "Rogus the Saddle Engine" (randomly I couldn’t download them, so I had to recreate them). Only a clip was found since the full thing is fully mortifying.
…so I just found the entire unfinished script? Script: It was a normal day on the Island of Sodor, Thomas & his friends were doing their jobs, Percy was pulling the mail, Gordon was taking the express, and Thomas was taking some junk to send to the scrapyard, like some used firecrackers used on Bonfire Night, an old and unusable tv and some broken toys. Once Thomas arrived at the scrapyards, Thomas found an abandoned engine, his name was Rogus, but Thomas didn’t know that! "Well, Who are you?" said Thomas. "I’m Rogus, I’m about to be sent for scrap!" said Rogus, very sadly, as he sighed (sigh). "You’re an unfortunate engine", sighed Thomas, right before coupling up (onto) Rogus. Rogus looked confused, "Blue Guy? Why are you trying to save me? The people’ll be confused that I’ve gone!" said Rogus. "Come on I’m going to give you a better life! And besides I’m saving you from scrap!" said Thomas cheerfully as he puffed along with Rogus.
