Pam am 843 Survivors:153 Dead:0 Cause: The 707 took off from KSFO head to PHNL when Engine 4 had a disk failure causing the 4th fuel tank to explode ripping of part of the 707's wing. The pilots were able to keep the plane in the air. they were able to land the plane at KSUU.
