“Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine” - lyric video. Enjoy! :) I originally wanted to use a choir + organ version, as I've grown to really enjoy choir & organ hymns more this year. However, I couldn't find an MP3 version that I liked, so I used CeCe Winans' version instead! The original hymn actually has one more stanza that CeCe Winans did not include: Perfect submission, all is at rest, I in my Savior am happy and blest; Watching and waiting, looking above, Filled with His goodness, lost in His love. [Refrain] ✞ ꜱᴄʀɪᴘᴛᴜʀᴇ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ✞ Romans 8:38–39 “Nothing… will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” 1 John 5:11–13 “God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” Ephesians 1:13–14 “You were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance.” 1 John 5:13 “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life.” These verses remind us that our salvation is secure in Christ. We can know that we have eternal life, trust that nothing can separate us from God's love, and rest in the promise of the Holy Spirit. That is the blessed assurance we have in Jesus. God bless <3 P.S. Please tell me if the project malfunctions, I’ll do my best to fix it. :) (comment "cookies" if you actually read all my yapping lol)
Credits time: - Google for the bootiful watercolor painting; - Cece Winans; - Fanny Crosby for writing the hymn.
