Click on a color group (example, red is countries who speak a Slavic language), and insert a phrase that isn't too long, and then you'll have that translated in various languages. To translate again, click the green flag. Important note, countries that are darker are the languages that Scratch can't translate. That includes Albanian, Armenian, Belarus, Basque, Georgian, etc. Switzerland and Belgium is a mix of Germanic and Romance, hence the dark teal color.
