The Two weird characters are pronounced Tear and Lan, in respective order. I actually made those up myself! (I'm pretty proud of it lowk.)
BASE 12 IS MADE!!!! I realized while making the base 13 that my dream for this project was for it to be a base 12, so that 100 is equal to 144 in base ten, but I misread what I though bases were and made it base 13 in the other one, which is prime. This entirely removes the purpose of having a higher base, as base 12 allows division by 3, 4, and even 6 even at just 10. It also just feels nicer.
