With our 5 Danish frigates arriving along with our tanks, the Battle of Manila has come to a height. It's now Midway time! Land War: Our finishing move begins, with our landing party in Manila now gaining many more troops, as well as 25 M1 Abrams. These divisions just got experience in Egypt, so they should be able to use this experience to help in their fight. Instead of destroying the city, we bring in the Red Cross to help the civilians, helping them get civilians to healing in Singapore. These extra boosts should allow us to take most of the city before the Japanese troops arrive. While this is happening, our troops surrounding the city send out small groups to set up traps in the jungle leading to Manila. Lots of the other troops start fortifying their positions, so we can hold off the Japanese troops until more soldiers arrive for fortification. Because we want to keep our soldiers safe, we will send more defenses to block the bay. We will have our heli-carrier that is there move away, being replaced by 4 Frigates. That heli-carrier's movement will be described later. On the peninsulas that make the entrance to the bay, we add more anti-sea machinery, as well as extra troops. The will be able to stop any Japanese ships that try to break in. Finally, if we manage to fully take Manila, we start reconstructing it, focusing on building high-density housing that allows all the people whose homes were destroyed, to stop being homeless. Naval War: Because of our increased naval power, victory is more likely. Currently, Japan has 2 aircraft carriers and a couple other smaller ships in the area. On the other hand, Oceania has 2 heli-carriers, 12 frigates, 6 submarines, 2 destroyers, 1 drone carrier(modified destroyer), and 3 minelayers. Not only do we have numeral advantages but also strategic advantages. We begin in the west, where Japan has 3 destroyers and 1 aircraft carrier, we will send 2 heli-carriers, 4 frigates, 1 drone carrier, and 2 destroyers. Because Japan sent out most of their planes to try and find our ships, we have the advantage of hitting them while they're weak. Our drone carrier will make its way west, aiming to hit the western group. Along with this, our nearby heli-carrier will go north-east to block off any future reinforcements and get out of the Japanese strike areas. Our other heli-carrier will lag behind our 4 frigates, who go wide, hitting the Japanese from directly south. Our 2 destroyers, while faster than the frigates, will stay with them as they go on. This is so we have more anti-air defenses, hitting any enemy planes that pass us out of the air. We are wary, but have the advantage. Once our forces finally show up, it'll be an intense battle. Once we start firing at each other, the drones from the drone carrier, that's too far away to see, will hit their flank. They are likely to not notice the drones, before at least one of their ships goes down. With damage like this, it is easy enough to finish fighting them. Eastern Battles: Because it is highly unlikely to lose the western battle, I'll continue assuming that we won, with 2 frigates and 1 heli-carrier being forced to go to port and get repaired. This now makes our whole force 10 frigates, 2 destroyers, 1 drone carrier, 1 heli-carrier, 6 submarines, and 3 mine layers. Currently, 1 frigate and 1 mine layer are busy in the south, 2 mine layers and 1 heli-carrier are busy in the north, and 4 frigates are guarding the bay. This leaves us with 5 frigates, 2 destroyers, 1 drone carrier, 1 heli-carrier, and 6 submarines. Our next battle will be with 5 destroyers, that are guarding their transport ships. Because these transport ships separated, it makes them weaker, with 2-3 destroyers per ship, but I'll assume they are near each other to fight us. We begin making our way up north, past where 1 of our heli-carriers remains intact after not fighting. 2 of our minelayers are there too, and are sent back south, to go around Luzon and help the frigate and minelayer protect the south. (I don't know if the 2 lines coming from the north-east Japan flag are the 2 transports, or the 2 japan flags on the east are the transport. I'll assume they both are 2 transports, with 5 destroyers, though I think the 5 destroyers would be separated between the 2 flags' transports). This means our force has to defeat 10 destroyers, because the 60k troop from Japan landed before we fight them. 30k are in the north and 30k in the south, but as stated before, they shouldn't be too much of a hassle. North-east battle: Our force arrives together, with the submarines going north, to hit any escaping destroyers. While destroyers tend to do good against submarines, that is only when they are in a group. Singular ones are weak, especially with how many submarines are nearby. With this getting prepared, our forces strike the destroyers.
Counter: As the Drones from the Drone Carrier approach our fleet in the west and east, they will be jammed by our AC's Jamming Technology. This is possible due to the fact that Japan has some of the most advanced technology in the entire world and that technology was able to be applied to our navy. If they still manage to get by the jammer, we deploy a fleet of drones from the drone pods are AC was carrying with it. These pods will be built into the hull and flight deck with hatches so unless they are activated, it will be like a regular floor or wall, but when they are activated the drones will fly out and begin to harass whatever they were directed too. These drones have minimal weaponry, instead being primarily for ramming themselves into other drones to force them to retreat or crash. Our Anti-Air will be countering any planes or helicopters the Australians send as well to weaken their air presence and allow our planes to come back. Our ships primarily the destroyers will deploy mines and depth charges to counter any submarines the Australians may have sent before applying full pressure on their above ground ships. Attempting to get on the side of their ships to blast a hole right in their hull and hopefully sink them before they can pose a threat to our ships. Our strategy on the east is mostly the same except for the fact that we don't have too many drones, so we are relying on Anti-Air Weaponry which is less efficient but combined with our Detection tech, we hope it will be enough. alongside the jammers from before that we also have in the east.
