Today, despite the heat, i took Stella out for an early morning ride. Since I am planning to enter her in a show soon, I figured i should school her. We did a warmup, but I in fact did this ride without stirrups to strengthen my leg in the case of losing a stirrup at a show, and she seemed to love the arena. I set a nice 2 stride combo at around 60 and 85-90cm, then progressively put it up. She flew over everything, and is truly what her name indicates, a star. <3
