This interactive simulation is a model of the MSS-1238 Star system. The star and planets have each been given names for easier reference; see below: MSS-1238: Blast Furnace Nicknamed for its long periods of solar inactivity followed by short but incredibly powerful bursts. It is not expected to undergo another active period within the next ~145 years, though, so this has been left out of the simulation. MSS-1238 b: Rakkus The simulation is centered around this object. MSS-1238 c: Eriale A dusty rock. Nothing much here. MSS-1238 d: Umayad Named after a large ancient middle-eastern caliphate that used to own a part of Spain. MSS-1238 e: Apricias "Apricias" comes from the word Apricity, which means "the warmth of the sun in winter" MSS-1238 f: Gelid "Gelid" is an old word that means Icy MSS-1238 g: Cantline "Cantline" comes from Canticle, which effectively means "Leftovers"
