The reason for her outfit is it's made of rubber (an insulator) but a full body rubber outfit would deactivate her powers. Entrant personality: Volt Woman is pretty much a run-of-the-mill Disney Channel bully. She's typically very rude, and makes other robots, mostly Spark Man, do her work for her.
