Inside of Kazakhstan a major movement to move to democracy has been growing ever since the puppet reign was placed in charge by Russia. Borat had promised to help Kazakhstan and remove the old corrupt government, but he not only didn't do that, he became corrupt himself. Besides that he made several blunders: 1. The scientific bureau isn't scientific and advised several things to people that either didn't work or even caused harm to them. This resulted in people wanting for there to be a scientific institution that actually gives good advice and takes the nation into the future. 2. The old leadership is still in charge of most of the nation, being corrupt. Borat and his new state members are basically just as bad as them or worse in some cases. The people now more then ever want to controle their own nation under a democratic system. 3. 70% of all of the money that the government gets gets invested into the banana industry so that Kazachstan is number 1 in potassium production. Which means that very little money is left for other stuff. 4. Borat has made several immoral policies that are discriminant or harm many people. Jews, children, women, lgbtq+, Usbekistan citizens and even middle and lower class Kazakh men. This has understandably angered everyone in the middle and lower classes and the named groups.
Due to this a large movement has grown in Kazakhstan. It’s called the DSM (democratic Scientism movement). It was originally just a democratic movement, but do to the popularity of a group of scientists that where giving knowledge online, and the a major move from the people to want good and accurate science, made a scientific group merge with them. Currently they are popular in many highly populated areas, in less populated ones they hold less but still a lot of influence do to tips given by scientists that help with farming. Coupe: Borat seeing the writing on the wall decides to become just a figurehead, purges the old guard and officially opens elections. Which the DSM wins. (I hope this isn’t power play)
