This Place can be accessed through normal means. This stage takes place underground and is filled with oil. Like the Labyrinth zone of oil. Tails made Sonic a see-through liquid flashlight, and its battery is running low. sometimes it cuts out. And it sometimes flickers. Sonic is wearing goggles here too. when hes out exactly at that moment, it dies to low battery and oil in the motherboard. 'Cause why not?
