YAP AHEAD… The 1st circle is marvel girl/phoenix, or jean grey she’s a telepath and she’s married to Scott summers. (the man beside her) She’s a powerful telepath !! She is the vessel (?) of the Phoenix, a being that enhanced her powers, its kinda hard to explain?? Like the phoenix saved her from death but also vice versa, I need to rewatch those sagas <\3 Scott, or Cyclops, is the leader of the group, having him and his wife being the first two that graduated from Professor X’s first class. (( Professor X or Professor Xavier is another powerful telepath where basically he takes mutants that’s what people with abilities are called and the professor helps them like train their powers and sees if they have any potential.. that’s the best way I can explain his gifted school. )) But basically Scott when he opens his eyes he can shoot a concussive or a nonstop force of laser beams, which more common lore has referred to that as force from the punch dimension. lwk forgot a bunch of Scott’s lore I need to go over his lore <\3 Anyway, moving on is Rouge with the white streak in her hair and her real name is Anna Marie, and she’s (technically) married to Gambit/Remy Lebeau (the man below her, but they’re married the comics. these versions of them take place in ‘ 97, which is basically the rebooted version of the original animated X-Men series which aired in 1992 to 1996!) Rogue has the powers to take the other’s power and use them as her own for a good amount of time, and also the second persons memory or like attitude. She wasn’t able to fly and have super strength before she stole (some) of those powers from Captain Marvel. She has a lovely twang to her accent! Then on to the last circle is Wolverine and Storm. Logan, or really James, or more commonly called Wolverine, is a short man (canonically I think maybe 5’2 like 5’3?? I forgot lol) since he’s obviously based off a wolverine. Logan has adimantium claws (spelt that wrong), which was basically fused with his skeleton, so every time he clenches his fist, they come out of his knuckles, the claws. Love his hair, btw it’s so like ear shaped. Last, but not least we have storm / Ororo Monroe. A lot of of the times comics and whatever media she shows up and makes her main power lightning but Storm’s power is to be the “mistress of the elements” so a lot of the times, in the animated series she’s depicted to be able to control the wind, the clouds, the air, like the air molecules and basically anything nature, but mostly like in the air because she flies. Also, she rocks the mohawk so well by the way she’s so nice and she also has like this sort of punk outfit one episode, it’s so peak. If I had the time, I would definitely explain all the other X-Men in this image, there’s 10 of them in total in this image, but they’re missing two extra that I feel should be part of the said image, which were a big help to the crew in the season two finale, which would be Polaris and nightcrawler or Lenora and Kurt they’re so peak!! Yeah, that’s it for some background knowledge of the X-Men that I’ve picked here!! It was kind of hard picking between rogue and gambit because the base team in most comic and animations has because Rogue & gambit on the team. They’re kind of like iconic in my head, as well as Jubilee she’s the girl with those pink shades! and I was also gonna see if I could find one with Professor X because, Xavier is like the real leader of the X-Men because it’s technically named after him (X)-Men Professor (X)?? Or it’s because they all have the X-gene which is allowing them to mutate which then why they are called mutants/muties.
