——————⋅✉⋅—————— MAIN MESSAGE: ✐ Hey, guys! It's that time again --- back to school! ✐ No matter how you look at it, the begining of a new school year is always a nice fresh start, and I guess I am actually looking forward to my 8th grade year. :) ✐ This Summer, like all, I fell in love with Scratch once again XD. Some highlights include reaching over 250 followers, making projects for all 3 weeks of Scratch Camp, participating in @TennisMaster_123 and @ScratchyLime's Camp Community Helpers, continuing to grow and manage my Unnoticed Scratchers Studio, and GETTING INVITED TO CURATE AN SDS, which has always been a fantasy of mine!!! I also feel like I've come so far with my coding skills and designing on Scratch's Vector. ✐ This Summer on Scratch, I have met so many new friends and Scratchers to look up to, which has been an amazing experience. I want everyone to know how downright awesome I think they are! ✐ However, I have gathered from the past that I simply cannot be active on Scratch much during the school year. This means I will only pop in rarely on weekends. I will be VERY busy with academics and athletics. I hope to do very well with both! ✐ Now that Scratch is blocked for good on our school Chromebooks, the only non-mobile device I can use is my mom's teaching laptop, which she'll bring back to school as well. So, if you run into me on Scratch during the school year, just know I will only be on mobile. :( ✐ But don't worry! I will be active every day again come Summer 2027! And here are some things I'll have cooking up then: ❐ Feedback Exchange Program for my Unnoticed Scratchers Studio ❐ A *super secret* informational project that I'm hoping to get featured! ❐ Helping and making projects for SDS and SES ❐ Personal OC Contest --- I'll be getting a new OC! (I will be adding to this list every time I think of something as well :D) I'll also be participating in multiple Scratch Secret Santa's this winter! ✐ Furthermore, I'd like to thank you guys for all of your support. I LOVE getting messages, so pop by to chat every once and awhile! Your kindness means so much to me. ✐ My school year starts on August 20th, so this will be in effect starting then --- the mobile-only starting August 17th. But I wish all of you the best of luck with YOUR school years! I hope to stay in touch with all of you on Scratch, so let me know how yours go! ✐ In conclusion, I won't be very active at all this school year, but I am looking forward to next Summer. Send a quick comment to chat, and I wish you all good luck as well! :) Feel free to ask any questions! ✐ Scratch on! ——————⋅✉⋅—————— In case you want the whole spiel, here's a brief list of everything I have IRL this school year. :P ◉ Soccer (middle school + travel) ◉ Basketball (middle school + travel) ◉ Track (trying it for the first time!) ◉ Leadership Program for the 6th Graders ◉ Gifted Program - my 7th year (class, enrichment pullouts, and competitions!) ◉ Reading Competition Club ◉ All 8 Classes I'm Taking + Their Homework ◉ Band + Running for Band Officer ◉ Going for Multiple Academic Awards and Achievements ◉ Much, much more! Oh, and Ski Club :P Comment if we do any of the same things! :D ——————⋅✉⋅—————— SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR MEMBERS OF MY UNNOTICED SCRATCHERS STUDIO: ۞ Curators, the school year is really not the best time for our studio. I won't be checking the comments or forum very often, so hold out until next Summer for maximum feedback, acknowledgement, activity, and community! However, feel free to comment on my profile during the school year if you'd really like some feedback on a project of yours. Please let me know any questions! :) ۞ Coming next Summer will be our new Feedback Exchange Program! This will be a separate, smaller-group studio that Scratchers who are interested and already curators can join. Every week, random pairings will be assigned, and members will have until the end of the week to give a supportive comment of feedback on their partner's project. Each member will have ONLY ONE project in the studio each week. More about this system and the upcoming program is coming next Summer! ۞ ALL STAFF APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN PUT OFF UNTIL SUMMER 2027. PLEASE DO NOT POST IN OUR APPLICATION FORUM UNTIL I SAY THEY'VE REOPENED. Staff, please don't feel the need to be active this school year, as most curators will know I won't be anyway. No need to resign from your job; just come back to us next Summer! Please let me know any questions! :) ۞ The staff member, , will serve as the co-studio-host this school year! They will be the most active staff member, so if you need/want anything quickly, I would go to them. They accept asking for curator invites on their profile, but will also be checking the studio's comments. ;D ——————⋅✉⋅——————
