This is a simple Gatcha Machine! There is a 1/15 chance of getting regular (each) and 1/225 chance of getting the secret. (About) Wait for the spinner to blink 2 times, then you can spin. Then, when the egg drops, click to ascend the cover and click again to get the egg. Then, click AGAIN to open it and see what you got. Don't be sad if you don't get the secret because... I only got it 1 time T-T
