On August 7th, 2026, the Pylonkin requested to transition to a new room with an electrical outlet. Before permitting this change, we have decided to review the following footage: => 11:00PM-1:00AM= Staring directly at the camera. It appears to be aware of them. => 1:00AM-2:45AM= Sleeping. When it sleeps, it takes off the mask, and the electricity within it glows dimmer. It's gelatinous body pulsates, mimicking a human respiratory system. => 3:00AM= It wakes up, and releases an electrical shock targeting the camera. This flashbang momentarily disabled the camera, and drained its power. => 3:00AM-???AM= When the camera's backup power generator kicked in, the creature had ditched the mask again, and arranged itself into a humanoid form. It is unknown how long it remained like this, as the camera feed cut out shortly after. => 5:30AM= When David checked on the Pylonkin, it had reverted to its natural state. David went through the morning caretaking procedures like normal. It is likely the Pylonkin does this every night, but we cannot be sure as the feed cuts out around the same time each night, likely due to the Pylonkin's electromagnetic disruption. David had this to comment on the Pylonkin's behavior: "I think the little guy just doesn't like us seeing them change forms. They have boundaries, and I can respect that. They don't seem comfortable in the form everyone is calling their 'true form,' and honestly I can relate to that. I think their just adjusting to life with a new caretaker, and when should give them time to get comfortable with the new arrangements." It seems the Pylonkin feeds off of electricity, and may have been drinking off of the cameras for sustenance. Because of this, we will deny its request to transfer to a room with an outlet, as we do not want it causing any power outages. However, we will make Triple A Batteries a regular part of its diet.
