Instructions

HELLO I am VERy tired as of writing this and it’s only like noon :,) but I am back from Sweden! I have been for a couple of days but I could not for the life of me find the energy to put this project together even though all I’ve been doing for the past 3 days is lying around! So yeah, sorry this sounds a little blander(?) maybe than usual and that I labeled most of the photos I took as “photos” in the description. I really don’t have the energy to do much but lay around all day and occasionally make a page for my comic, so sorry that my activity has been slow lately. I might take a hiatus. Key word here is MIGHT. Sorry for the little rant!! Enjoy the art! 1. Part 1 of trying to draw characters I like in my style!!!! (From things I’m into) Maomao from the apothecary diaries and Ena from lovebullet!!! I love lovebullet so far!!! 2. I was testing out a procreate brush and I recently got back into demon slayer so I drew zenitsu!!! (I feel for the animators… those god dang triangles bro)) also part 2 yay 3. Part 3!!!! Killua!!! I love the brush I used!!! And the chibi!!!! 4. Kurapika as well because hxh has me in a chokehold.. I made paper dolls they show up later in the project but this was one (also part 4 ) 5. PART 5 this time it’s all demon sayer + another paper doll 6. 2 Jax redraws :)) I really like how the bow one came out :0 7. Process- first, the base colors. (I use a reference obviously, but I don’t sketch or trace or anything. Just straight in with base colors lol) 8. Renderign 9. Background 10. Base colors 11. Rendering (the eye highlight on her right eye is so satisfying to me and idk why) 12. This 13. Gasps.. school dance content… on my main???? This also counts as a sneak peek btw 14. The paper dolls all strung up!!! I basically picked 8 characters I liked, doodled them like this and then put string through them. Vaguely inspired by something I saw @scalesthenightwing do once, iirc 15. Lined up 16. Rengoku - demon slayer, shijima - toilet bound Hanako-kun, 17. OKAY so I went to a bookstore the science fiction bookstore and there were four of them in Sweden and you get a t shirt if you go to all of them! So begins my quest!!!!! Ack fi bookstore 1! 86-90. Sci fi bookstore 2! THEY STRATEGICALLY PLACED THE TSHD BOOKS RIGHT BETWEEN THE QUEER SECTION AND THE HORROR SECTION…. Could be an accident but I choose to believe it wa purposeful 91. Yoshiki? Is this Tshd but yuri? (This monster wants to eat me, haven’t reread it but maybe) 92-93. Bookstore 2 I then went to a third bookstore but it won’t let me add pictures.
