I heard y'all wanted lore n ####, so I'ma tell you the reason for this. After Shinjuku, Alex needed to remove the souls that Jinx used because if they continue living, they could reincarnate, so he's gotta kill them. To enter the area where they are, he has to make a Light Fountain, not a dark one, because he's not built different. In the last part where POTM appears, that's the true Red soul, this isn't what Alex wants to kill, because he loves him, so then he gains the Avatar state, a state of pure love and controlled hatred, this is the strongest form Alex will be using. After sealing the fountain, he'd kill the souls, they'd be gone forever. And now that that's done, we will be able to go to another arc <3
