After being MIA for years the remnants of their life were pieced together and brought to life using modern Magical essence to fill in the gaps. The reborn Seerex often stumbles around and rolls like a Repatillo due to not mastering its floating. Due to its young yet developed mind its tractor beams can be controlled but not to the extent of being useful often just accidentally upducting other Celestials.
