Okayyyyy so Hlai is the brother of Dash and and Vulcan is the enamy of Hlai and Dash and also i did both good and evill for both cards cause they are anti heros and vulcan is slightly stronger then Hlai and Dash and Hlai together are usaly stronger then Vulcan
