So I figured that every few parts, I'd select one artist and do one full review part on them specifically. They will more than likely be random but I am gonna say I will be doing these 3 artists next for these special editions. 1.) Paramore 2.) Ice Nine Kills and finally 3.) Jane Remover This one is, well, RIProducer. Song #1 - Fruiting Bodies by RIProducer Holy cow! A song about a decaying sense of identity? What's not to love/relate to! Anyways, the song has a very circus like melody and very very very cool lyrics. At some points, the lyrics are repeated in a degraded glitchy voice which makes me feel good because it sounds so freaking good its crazy. 9/10, -1 point as the vocals are hard to understand sometimes. Song #2 - It Should've Been Me by RIProducer Obsession, longing, and unrequited love? Holy!!!! This song has it all!!! Uhhh anyways, the entire song is a banger, I love the way it sounds and the lyrics make ME feel like I'm the one whos longing for the person I love. Instrumental is super cool, I love it a lot. You drive right into the meat of the song right away as well. 10/10, would listen again. Song #3 Infohazard by RIProducer. Infohazard covers the topics of the pressure/heat of intrusive thoughts, making it hard to not act on them. This tied into the creator's morbid curiosity in g*re when they were a teen, which inspired the entire song. The vocals are really high pitched in various parts throughout the song, which helped to create a sense of nagging, as intrusive thoughts do. There is a sister song, "KNOCK IT OFF!!" (which I considered doing along with this song but ultimately said no) which covers the opposite perspective, presumably the person filling the other's head with those thoughts. 7/10, the vocals annoyed me during the high pitched sections. It would've been a 6, but the themes are lwk cool imo so yea.
