Q: What music do you listen to while you write? A: I can't listen to music when I write it's to distracting. 16. Q: Which popular book stole a idea you had when you were ten? A: Not a book, but the Movie Rya and the last dragon. It has a plot very similar to mine. 17. Q: Angst or fluff? A: I think there's a place for both of them, and I personally think a book, (or character) can't be really good without both. Like Bastien, for example, he is very angst is a lot of aspects, but he can be fluff too, and that's what makes him interesting as a character. Or Zuko from Avatar! 18. Q: Favorite genre to read? A: Either Historical fiction or Mid-light Fantasy. Both are so good! 19. Q: Favorite genre to write? A: Fantasy adventure 20. Q: Least favorite genre to read? A: Slice of life. They're fun, just get a bit boring sometimes. Actually...no, it's Selfhelp books. I'm sorry, I HATE those. So boring >:C 21. Q: Least favorite genre to write? A: Slice of Life. Q: Give me a summary of your current wip's plot A: So a thief decides to steal a piece of a jewel that used to be a very big deal until the kingdoms of the world got paranoid and greedy and decided to split it up into four shards for the four kingdoms. The thief (Kaele) doesn't succeed in stealing it, but she, after meeting a mage named Liora, has to go on an adventure To try to collect the jewel shards and reunite the Kingdoms. along the way, she meets Nerian, a water prince, Liora, as I mentioned earlier an air mage, The (half) antagonist Batsien, and the mentor, Ethelde. 23. Q: How do you come up with characters? A: Honestly? I look at the people around me. I take inspiration from myself, my family, my friends, my pets, even the interesting strangers I meet in my daily life. 24. Q: How do you come up with character names? A: I think very hard about my character names. I like all my names to mean something, or invoke a certain emotion when you hear it. Think of Voldemort. Without ever seeing him, without even knowing who he is, what he does, doesn't that name scream villain to you? Or take Kaele from my book. Her name kinda has a rough feel to it, singnafying her rough childhood, and the rough streets she grew up in.
