Chapter 1: Titans Dream --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Titan is in his “home” if the place he kept Solar's little girlfriend captive could be counted as a “home” after messing with Cosmo and the rest of that little family he had came to "home". He was tired now, so he decided he’d take a nap. Titan while searching for a place to rest hears Nebula say “welcome home Titan” Titan smiles theatrically and says “thanks my sweet Nebula!” Nebula says “what are you doing home so early?” Titan stretches then yawns and says “just came for a nap darling..” Nebula nods and Titan says “now you go do something while I sleep okay Nebula?” Nebula says “of course” Titan then resumes moving and finds a place to sleep and falls asleep there while staring up at the void. Titan then opens his eyes in what looks like his mindscape? Titan looks around, confused. He then spots someone he asks exasperatedly “and who might you be?” no answer Titan sighs theatrically and says “Silent huh?” he waits. Titan gets bored and says “fine~ I’ll come to you mystery person” Titan approaches and freezes realizing it’s Terra, not just any Terra though, his Terra. Titan says confused “Terra?” still no response. Titan hesitates then shakes his head and laughs then says “this is just a dream you're not real!” Terra finally says “maybe not but, I am still in your mind Cos-” Titan interrupts angrily “Dont!” Titan freezes realizing his act faltered, then says taunting “I mean, don’t call me that, you're just a fragment of my imagination~” Terra sighs and approaches Titan and says “but I do look like her, I sound like her, and I behave just like her.” Titan says uncarringly and energetically “don’t matter!” Terra says “I think it does to you” Titan’s hands tighten into fists frustrated “your.not.her… okay?” Terra crouches in front of Titan and says “you really need to stop suppressing” . Titan rolls his eyes and says “what do you mean?” Terra says “you know what I mean Cosmo” Titan says “No I don’t” Terra responds “you are suppressing your emotions and you know it” Titan freezes then laughs uncontrollably before saying “sorry- you think I’m suppressing? Pfft-” Titan laughs more then wipes an imaginary tear before getting really close to Terra and says coldly “my emotions stopped functioning as soon as that bomb hit, wait a minute are you here to change me? I’m not gonna change now, not ever, it’s too fun to stop~” Terra says “really? Because you're right Cosmo I’m not Terra but I am the memory of her and a part of you. You can’t lie to me, and as for trying to change you? I can’t make you change but you know you deep down don’t want to do this..” Titan sighs dramatically “you’re soo borring~” Terra says “would the real Terra be happy about what you became?” Titan pauses then says theatrically and becomes colder “no she wouldn’t but guess what!” Titan gets in her face and cruelly says “I.don’t.care” Terra says “yes. you do” Titan argues shouting “No I don’t!” Terra says “if you didn’t why is it your nicer even brotherly to Terra? If you didn't, why does part of you still care? If you didn’t-” Titan interrupts “STOP! I get it you don’t need to name every single broken part of me” Terra says “It’s not broken Titan” Titan hands tighten into fists again and shouts “Yes IT IS!” Titan suddenly wakes up, breathing heavily. Titan repeats over and over “I don’t care, I don’t care, I don’t!” Nebula nearby notices and asks “you okay Titan?” Titan puts the smile and puts the act back up and says “perfectly fine..” Nebula nods. Titan says “I’ma go love, bye~” Nebula says “ok” Titan disappears, teleported.
